Holding or managing client property
Receiving, holding, controlling or managing property when assisting a client to plan or execute a transaction.
Financing transactions
Assisting with equity or debt financing transactions.
Conveyancing & trust accounts
Conveyancing and trust account work on behalf of clients.
Acting as officer or nominee
Acting as director, secretary, trustee, partner or nominee shareholder, or providing a registered office address.

- Complete a business-wide ML/TF/PF risk assessment
- Maintain a written, approved AML/CTF program
- Perform customer due diligence before designated services
- Report suspicious matters and threshold transactions
- Keep records for seven years
