FAQ
Frequently asked questions
How do I know if my business is captured?
The regime regulates designated services, not professions. If you provide services like managing client money, forming companies or trusts, conveyancing, or brokering property, you are likely captured. Our 2-minute checker and a designated-service assessment confirm your position.
I missed the 1 July 2026 deadline. What now?
Late enrolment with a documented remediation plan is the right path. We help you enrol, stand up a compliant program, and evidence the steps you've taken. Acting now is far better than continuing unregistered.
What does a program build involve?
A designated-service assessment, a business-wide ML/TF/PF risk assessment, and a written AML/CTF program with policies, CDD procedures and governance, tailored to your practice and delivered to a fixed scope.
Do you provide legal advice?
No. We provide AML/CTF compliance services and general information. Legal advice on specific transactions or regulatory interpretation remains with qualified legal counsel; we refer where appropriate.
Do you issue a certificate of completion?
Yes. You receive a certificate of completion for each course, which you can keep as evidence of staff training in your AML/CTF program records.
Can you act as our outsourced compliance officer?
Yes. Our Managed (Module B) tier includes outsourced compliance-officer support, ongoing advice, reporting assistance and annual refreshes on a capped retainer.
How is your training access structured?
On-demand courses are purchased for 12 months of access. You sign up, pay securely, and watch on-site, with your progress and certificates saved to your account.
Where are you based and who do you serve?
We're based in Melbourne, Victoria and service reporting entities nationally, with segment-specific playbooks for accountants, lawyers, real estate professionals and remitters.
