Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who accesses the Kestrel Assurance platform. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Account & access

• Keep your login credentials and one-time codes confidential.
• Do not share your account, or allow anyone outside your entitlement to access paid training under your login.
• One user seat is for one named individual unless a firm licence states otherwise.

2. Training content

• Do not download, screen-record, copy, redistribute, resell or publicly share course videos, slides, templates or assessments, except where a download is expressly provided.
• Do not attempt to circumvent the paywall, access controls or playback protection.
• Complete assessments honestly; certificates are personal to the individual who earns them.

3. Prohibited conduct

• No unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent use of the Services.
• No scraping, bulk-downloading, or automated access without our written consent.
• No attempts to probe, scan, or breach security, or to disrupt the Services.
• No uploading of malware or content you don’t have the right to share.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or terminate access, withdraw certificates obtained in breach, and take further action where warranted. Serious breaches may be reported to relevant authorities.
